Book meeting rooms and desks in participating buildings. Browse a building map to see what is free, check a space's photo, amenities, and policies, then reserve in a few clicks.
Who can book
Anyone with an @umd.edu account can sign in at go.umd.edu/book with Continue with Google.
- Terpmail and third-party guests book through the room administrator
Fees / cost structure
- Departments may be required to support licensing costs depending on volume.
- Please reach out via the onboard your department button to learn more.
- End users do not bear any cost themselves.
Booking policies
Each space sets its own rules, so check a space's details before you request it.
- Some spaces need approval; a request is final only after the confirmation email
- Some spaces require check-in, and a missed check-in releases the room for others
